Oregon’s school districts are charged with ensuring that all students feel safe and welcome in their schools. This means affording individuals freedom of expression, while prohibiting harassment, intimidation, bullying, cyberbullying, and the display of hate symbols.

NCESD can provides assistance and support to Districts in Gilliam, Wheeler and Sherman Counties in the prevention of bullying, harassment, and cyberbullying.
