The North Central ESD Board of Directors consists of seven members representing Gilliam, Wheeler and Sherman Counties. Members are elected by the communities they represent to four-year terms. The work of the ESD Board is to Set Policy, approve the Annual Budget and Local Service Plan as well as provide oversight of District Operation and Leaders

Per OAR 199-050-0070, North Central ESD is required to publish contact information for submitting a grievance alleging violation of Oregon Public Meetings Law.
